Can I empty the capsules?
Yes, you can mix with water/drink of your choice as well as food.
Can I take the supplements alongside my usual vitamins?
You can, although we are confident that once you use our real and natural supplements, you will not feel the need for other lesser quality artificial supplements.
Are there any artificial ingredients in your supplements?

I have health conditions, can I take the supplements?
The ingredients are all natural and designed to support your immune system. In fact, they may help boost your immunity and have a positive effect on your health condition. How long does delivery take?
We use Royal Mail Tracked delivery which usually takes 1-3 days. On occasions it may take longer due to Royal Mail processing however they are usually very reliable.
